Characteristics

PETROCOOL MH-121 product forms a milky emulsion when mixed with water and has the following special advantages:

• Very fast mixing speed with water
• Excellent lubrication and surface smoothness of the part is very desirable
• Excellent protection of parts and equipment against corrosion
• No stains on aluminum parts
• Proper chipping and removal of chips from the machining place
• Excellent emulsion stability with relatively high hardness waters
• Increase tool life
• Lack of formation of stable foam
• Free of hazardous chemicals

Using water with hardness between 80 ppm and 300 ppm to prepare PETROCOOL MH-121 emulsion increases the efficiency of coolant. Also, this product can be used in most machining operations, taking into account the type of operation, the type of part and tool, and the hardness of water with different percentages from 3% to 12%.

• In case of skin or eye contact, wash the area immediately with water.
• After the end of the usage period, avoid discharging the metalworking fluid emulsion into the environment.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Storage

• Store in a closed place at a temperature above 10 and below 40ᵒC.
• It will last up to six months in the original packaging.
• Close the container properly after use to prevent evaporation or contamination of the product.
