Description and Performance

PETROCAST 9950 is a water-based release agent suitable for diecasting of aluminum and its alloys, which acts as a separating agent between the mold and the part, facilitates the lubrication of moving parts of the mold, such as muscle slides and spring pins, increases the melt flow during filling It is molded and by creating a protective coating on the surface of the mold, it facilitates the smooth flow of the melt, prevents the adhesion of aluminum to the mold and prevents the corrosion of the mold. Also, PETROCAST 9950 can affect the surface quality of the part and create a casting part with a smooth surface without stains or trace of melt flow.

Maintenance

It should be kept in a closed environment and in a temperature range between 2 and 40 degrees Celsius.

Shelf life: two years in original packaging
