AUTOMATIC PROPORTIONAL AND VOLUMETRIC DOSING SYSTEM TO PREPARE SOLUTIONS/EMULSIONS AT CONSTANT CONCENTRATION

SMARTMIX is at present the easiest, most compact and reliable proportional dosing equipment for pressure die casting. SMARTMIX is particularly suitable for dosing water soluble release agent used in pressure die casting.

SMARTMIX is based on the principle of proportionality existing between the water passage and the product dosed. The proportionality is obtained through an electronic flow meter which sends impulses to a special microprocessor instrument. According to the concentration settled, it operates a special volumetric transparent dosing pump, which provides to inject at each impulse, the diluted product in the transparent cup before the outlet. The diluted product is then vigorously mixed in the transparent cup and sent to the storage tank where a pump will send in pressure to the spray system for the die. The SMARTMIX has got transparent parts through which you can keep under control the actual working.
