Description and Performance

PETROCAST 8712 is a water-based release agent for aluminum diecast casting and its alloys, which acts as a separating agent between the mold and the part. It facilitates the lubrication of the moving parts of the mold, such as the muscle sliders and spring pins, increases the flow of the melt during the filling of the mold, and by creating a protective coating on the surface of the mold, it facilitates the smooth flow of the melt, prevents the aluminum from sticking to the mold, and prevents corrosion. Prevents mold. Also, PETROCAST 8712 can affect the surface quality of the part and create a casting part with a smooth surface without spots or trace of melt flow.

Maintenance

It should be kept in a closed environment and in a temperature range between 2 and 40 degrees Celsius.

Shelf life: two years in original packaging
